Short:    AllocAbs mem /optional adding to KickMemPtr

	Your interface to exec.library's AllocAbs() function. Has
possibilities like adding the memory to the KickMemPtr list (will be
allocated through soft resets), or freeing the memory (not tricky when
freeing mem previously added to KickMemPtr, but otherwise this option
might be dangerous :)
